Usage

getStudyDataList(parentFolderPath, studyMetadata)

Arguments

parentFolderPath

Path to the folder that contains the data.

studyMetadata

A data.frame where each row corresponds to one study. Should have columns for study, studyDataType, and platformInfo.

Value

A named list of ExpressionSets.
